We provide debt facilities for both new-build construction and refurbishment projects, with a particular focus on supporting schemes that deliver fairly-priced accommodation for domestic buyers.

Once in place, our facilities cover the full development works, enabling seamless drawdowns and ensuring the project remains funded and on track.

Stretch-Senior

Lending up to 70% against GDV, including 100% of development costs, we are able to reduce the equity contribution our development partners are required to provide.

Consideration of Soft-Equity

Typically we expect a minimum 10% of total project costs to be introduced by our borrowers but we can consider ‘soft-equity’ such as value enhancement through planning gains.
