Our aim is to provide a suite of lending facilities that support borrowers throughout their investment lifecycle. Our short-term finance solutions can be used to support the purchase of land and our development finance offering can support ground up and coversions. We can even provide lending against completed residential and commercial assets.

We tailor our funding to meet our clients' specific needs

Although we have a defined set of specialisms, these are merely an indication of what we can offer and in reality, we assess each case on the merits of the individual transaction.

Our facilities are grouped into two core strategies:

 

Loans from £1m to £10m, up to 75% LTV, secured against residential, commercial or semi-commercial property and land with planning consent

Loans from £1.5m to £10m for ground up development, conversions and heavy refurbishment of residential property
