Please find below downloadable forms to be submitted with enquiries depending on the nature of the loan:
Application form – to be submitted for all loans.
Asset & Liabilities statement – to be submitted for all loans.
Income & Expenditure form – required where monthly loan interest is to be serviced or exit of our loan is refinance with another lender.
Broker fee deduction form – required where an additional broker fee is being collected at draw down on behalf of the broker.
Pivot introducer registration form – required for all new brokers that have not yet transacted with Pivot.
Authority to first mortgagees – required for all second charge loans.
