GRAHAM EMMETT
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Graham was appointed as a Non-Executive Director, bringing over 35 years of experience in the real estate and finance sectors across the UK and Europe. A respected figure in real estate finance, Graham’s career spans leadership roles in investment, asset management, and real estate lending.
He co-founded Atelier Capital Partners in 2019, where he served as CEO, driving the growth of a successful alternative lending platform focused on residential development and land bridging loans.
Previously, Graham held senior positions at HIG Capital Advisors, Cheyne Capital, and the National Asset Management Agency (NAMA), among others. His expertise spans the structuring and financing of complex real estate transactions, and he has a strong track record of building high-performing teams and executing strategic investments.
With deep knowledge of real estate finance, Graham’s insight and strategic guidance will be invaluable to Pivot as it continues to scale and develop its portfolio of investment and development opportunities. Outside of his professional life, Graham enjoys tennis, skiing and power boating.
