Harrison Barker-Smith joined Pivot with a wealth of experience and a proven track record in relationship management and financial services. Prior to his current role, Harrison spent 5.5 years as a Senior Relationship Manager at Together Money, where he was recognised as a top Development Finance performer. His tenure there was marked by his ability to cultivate strong relationships with developers and brokers, maintaining an extensive portfolio of clients.
Harrison's expertise spans across loan origination, underwriting, asset management, and project monitoring. His comprehensive skill set ensures that he can manage the entire lifecycle of financial projects, from initial client engagement to final project delivery. This holistic approach has been instrumental in driving successful outcomes for his clients and the organisations he has worked with. This role allowed him to gain unique insights into strategic decision-making processes and provided him with a broader perspective on organisational leadership and management.
At Pivot, Harrison applies his extensive knowledge and experience to support the company's growth and success. He works closely with the Commercial Director and the wider Origination team, leveraging his deep understanding of financial services to drive innovative solutions and maintain robust client relationships.
Outside of work, he enjoys playing tennis, exploring new culinary experiences, and travelling. Harrison is also passionate about mentoring young professionals in the finance industry, helping them navigate their career paths and achieve their professional goals.
