Shahil is an experienced business leader with a successful track record of delivering operational efficiencies and strategic change across a range of financial institutions.
Shahil has been with Pivot since 2015, leading the strategic growth of the business in his capacity as CEO and Principal. He has designed and implemented a new operating model which has involved the implementation of a market leading technology platform, recruitment of a team of underwriters, sales professionals, analysts, finance and compliance specialists, and the implementation of robust policies and procedures. He now spends the majority of his time overseeing the day-to-day operation and is a voting member of the Credit Committee.
Prior to joining Pivot, Shahil was a Managing Consultant within the Financial Services Practice at PA Consulting. He has advised a number of clients across FS and property, including Barclays Wealth, Financial Supervisory Authority (now the Prudential Regulatory Authority & Financial Conduct Authority), Friends Life Group, RSA and Skyline Properties.
