Slav joined Pivot in September 2024 as a Credit Manager, bringing a wealth of experience in property development and real estate finance. In his current role, Slav is responsible for conducting comprehensive evaluations of loan portfolios, assessing customer creditworthiness, and mitigating financial risks.
He also plays a key role in developing and implementing credit policies that align with Pivot's strategic objectives. In addition to his day-to-day management, Slav is actively involved in loan restructures, risk management, and relationship-building with clients and stakeholders.
Fluent in English, Russian, and Latvian, Slav’s adaptive approach ensures effective portfolio performance and alignment with company goals.
